Shipping policy

All orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Order delivery takes an additional 3-4 business days.

You will receive your items within 5-7 business days of your purchase. Hippie Cowgirl Couture is not responsible for delays or lost items by the US Postal Service. 

HCC does not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged during shipping.

HCC recommends Route Shipping Protection, offered in your cart, to insure your packages against loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Due to the volume of our shipping, we cannot insure all packages and cannot be responsible for items after they have been delivered to the United States Postal Service.
